Terms of Use (English)

By using the Train Location Tracking website (trainlocationtracking.com) or Android app, published on Google Play by Ray Securities, you agree to these terms. If the Bangla and English texts differ, the Bangla text applies.

The service

A free service that estimates where trains are, how late they run and when they arrive, from locations shared by passengers on board and from published timetables. It is not an official Bangladesh Railway service and is not affiliated with Bangladesh Railway.

Information may be wrong

Positions, delays and times are estimates. When nobody shares, the position comes from the timetable alone, and timetables can be wrong or change. Check the station or Bangladesh Railway's official sources before important decisions, and leave enough time to reach the station.

Sharing rules

Share only for a train you are actually on. Do not send fake locations, mislead others or disrupt the service. Do not overload the service with automated requests. You decide who gets your family link; anyone with it sees the name you gave, the train and the destination. We may stop shares or access that break these rules.

Ownership and licences

The website and app design, logo and text are ours. Railway lines and station positions © OpenStreetMap contributors, under the ODbL. Timetables come from information published by Bangladesh Railway.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by wrong information, delays, missed trains or downtime. We may change or end the service at any time.

Privacy, law and changes

See the Privacy Policy for what data is collected and how to delete it. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Changes will be posted here with a new date; using the service after a change means you accept it. Contact: hello@trainlocationtracking.com.
